Beach time, camping, berry picking, zoo tripping, family visiting, movie going, park playing, new food tasting, pool swimming, dog walking, kabob BBQing &#8211; yeah we&#8217;re packing it all in. \ud83d\ude42 I&#8217;ve overheard this conversation more than once in the past few weeks: &#8220;But really &#8211; we have the BEST summers.&#8221; I have to giggle a little because it sounds like they&#8217;re really trying to convince themselves that the months and months of rain really aren&#8217;t THAT bad. But yes, Oregon has shown me that summers are really beautiful up here &#8211; the humidity has gotten to me more than once &#8211; but most days are sunny, blue skies above and all that rain means a gorgeous green and fruitful summer. Even though I have to admit that I found myself day dreaming about a pumpkin spice latte yesterday, I&#8217;m enjoying all this fun with my family.
