Baby J gets the distinction of being my very first Oregon newborn!! I was so so excited/nervous for his session, it had been over a year since I had gone from photographing newborns every week in a hospital setting to NADA. To say I was long over due for some of those baby rolls and tiny toes was an understatement. While I don’t miss the rush and commission aspect of hospital photography, I definitely miss seeing the tiny new miracles every week and their tired but doe eyed parents. The good news for me is I have one brand new nephew {his photos are coming soon!}, one more nephew on the way, and two more still cooking that are on my calendar! So excited for 2014 and all the babies!
